Real Estate Associate

As a Real Estate Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
  • Conducting property showings and open houses
  • Advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements
  • Preparing and submitting all necessary paperwork, including contracts and agreements
  • Developing and maintaining a network of contacts to promote property sales
  • Coordinating with other real estate professionals to ensure smooth transactions
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify competitive prices and market trends.
  • Property Management: Manage listings, coordinate property showings, and oversee open houses.
  • Documentation: Prepare all required documentation for transactions, including contracts and closing statements.

Qualifications:

  • Valid real estate license in New Jersey
  • Valid Driver’s License – must have personal car for transportation to and from properties
  • Proven experience in real estate or sales
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in real estate software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, or related field (optional)
